I just switched to the United Healthcare advantage plan with special needs. I was entered into medicare without knowing, but l got help from a senior rep and stayed with united because prior l had them for 11 years and dealt with Cooper University Healthcare only.

It was enjoyable.

The staff is very nice.

Dr's interest and conversation Was appreciated. Concerned About me.

I write everything down so I won't forget anything and everything is answered.

It was my first visit with Dr Niku Thomas. She made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr Thomas explained everything to me very patiently. She also answered all of my questions and addressed every concern of mine. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a cardiologist.

Things seem to be going better with my heart failure condition. My provider and I discussed my plans with physical therapy, exercise, and diet. I think Dr. Thomas is reassured that my approach to my health is not harming me, but helping me... without the intervention of medication.

Appointment started on time. Everyone from the front desk to the lady that walked me to the room, who took my weight and my blood pressure, very courteous, very professional, pretty uppy. And the physician was very good.

The entire staff from reception to my nurse and Dr. Thomas treated me like I was royalty.

I never feel rushed during appointments; she makes sure I understand my treatment options. Her caring approach has made a big difference in my health journey, and I'm very grateful to have her as my doctor.

Dr Thomas reviews my chart with me and she let me know that I can ask her any questions regarding my health.

My Doctor always listens to me.

A gentleman checked me in on the 3rd floor and he basically set the tone for the rest of the visit. Loved his energy and his attentiveness. The physician is always great. She's never made me feel as if my concerns were not valid or important. She thoroughly explains everything and genuinely cares.

Dr. Thomas explained my condition and answered all of my questions. She told me to call her office if l experienced any of the symptoms we talked about. She is a concerned and caring physician. I have recommended her to others.

Yes, it was my very first appointment with Dr. Thomas. And of course, I was a little bit anxious because Dr. Mazzarelli has been my cardiologist for years and years and years, and I just love her. But I was really happy with Dr. Thomas. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind, and seemed to genuinely want to know me, and I appreciated that. She was great, and I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment with her in about nine months.
